When is the campsite open?<\/p>

We are open from April 1st to October 11th, 2025.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How to make a reservation?<\/p>

You can book online on our website, every day as soon as bookings open, by clicking here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How can I contact you?<\/p>

What payment methods are accepted?<\/p>

We accept cash on site, credit cards, bank transfers, French bank cheques, ANCV and ANCV Connect vacation vouchers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

When do I have to pay the balance?<\/p>

\n

The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What services are included in the tent or camper site rental price?<\/p>

\n

The pitch rental price includes access to sanitary facilities, shared recreational areas and electricity for motorhomes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are pets allowed?<\/p>

\n

Yes, we accept pets. For rentals, one pet per rental is allowed except in the Luxury categories where pets are prohibited. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is Wi-Fi available on site?<\/p>

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi access throughout the campsite.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are the rentals air-conditionned?<\/p>

\n

Yes, all our rentals are equipped with air conditioning.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What’s the difference between a chalet and a mobile home?<\/p>

\n

Mobile homes are newer and more spacious than chalets. The chalets are located at the top of the campsite.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What time should I arrive?<\/p>

\n

For pitches, arrival and departure times are 12 noon. For rentals, arrival time is from 5pm. Departure time for rentals is 10 a.m. maximum.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I’m going to arrive late, can I still arrive at the campsite?<\/p>

\n

A late arrival procedure has been set up with reception. If you arrive after reception has closed (7pm), please inform reception as soon as possible. Please note that vehicles are not allowed to enter the campsite after 11pm.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are the pool opening times?\u00a0<\/p>

The swimming pool is open from 10am to 7:30pm and the jacuzzi from 10am to 7:30pm. The swimming pool is heated.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are swimming shorts allowed in the pool?<\/p>

\n

Yes, swimming shorts are allowed in the pool.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are barbecues allowed?<\/p>

\n

The campsite has three charcoal barbecues located close to the sanitary facilities, with free access for campers. Wood\/coal barbecues are not permitted on the pitches. Only gas or electric barbecues are authorized.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I recharge my electric vehicle?<\/p>

\n

No, we have no facilities for recharging electric vehicles. It is strictly forbidden to connect your vehicle to the hook-ups located throughout the campsite.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is the campsite close to the town center?<\/p>

\n
