An architectural masterpiece in Gordes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The village of Les Bories is located in the heart of the Luberon in Provence, Vaucluse (84), just a 40-minute drive from Camping Le Mas de Nicolas in Saint-R\u00e9my de Provence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before it was named “Village des Bories”, the hamlet was known as “Les Cabanes”. It was inhabited until the 19th century. Listed as a historic monument since 1977, this village boasts some twenty stone huts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s a pleasant stroll along a path in the heart of the garrigue that visitors will have the chance to discover these various cabanons called Bories. They were restored over a 10-year period, to offer visitors an immersive experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
